Your Privacy and Protection
At Evans Property Management, we take the privacy of our tenants and applicants very seriously.
We want tenants and prospective tenants to have confidence in the way their personal information has been collected, used, stored, and disclosed by our company.
Once a tenant has been chosen for a property, we delete all received unsuccssful applications ( after we have informed the applicant their application was unsuccessful).
This does mean that if an applicant wishes to apply for a different property, they will need to re-submit their application.
Most applicants have their profile saved when applying for property, so it is not difficult for them to reapply for a different property.
The deletion of unsuccessful applications means we do not have personal records and information held on file when this is no longer necessary.
