Are tenants allowed to carry out minor repairs or modifications?
We ask tenants to refrain from making any repairs or modifications without prior approval. If there’s a minor repair needed, submit a request via email, and we’ll manage it.

What is the process for renewing my lease?
If you are on a fixed-term lease, this will automatically roll over to a periodic contract, unless either party gives the notice period required.

Is there an option for early termination of the lease?

How much notice do I need to give?
If you are on a periodic contract, you are required to give 28 days written notice. If you are on a fixed-term contract, you cannot give notice during this fixed-term period. You may request a lease break if absolutely necessary - please contact us to discuss this.
