[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class="ul-list"]Once again, there have been some changes to the Healthy Homes Act, in particular the deadline to comply with Healthy Homes. The Healthy Homes extension became law on Saturday November 26. This applies to all new and renewed tenancies that commenced from or after August 28. This is because the Healthy Homes compliance period for those tenancies has started but is not complete as of November 26 when the law changed. Therefore, all new and renewed tenancies that commenced from or after August 28 have 120 days to comply with the Healthy Homes Standards, not 90 days. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
